To laugh is to risk appearing the fool.
To weep is to risk being called sentimental.
To reach out to another is to risk involvement.
To expose feeling is to expose your true self.
To place your ideas and dreams before the crowd is to risk being called naive.
To love is to risk not being loved in return.
To live is to risk dying.
To hope is to risk despair.
To try is to risk failure.
But risk must be taken,
Because the greatest risk in life is to risk nothing.
The people who risk nothing do nothing,
Have nothing, are nothing and become nothing.
They may avoid suffering and sorrow.
But they simply can not learn to feel,
And change and grow and love and live.
Chained to their servitude, they are slaves;
They have forfeited their freedom.
Only the people who risk are truly free.

Merry Boxing Day
While everyone is probably on shopping spree, I have been staying at home .... was once tempted by great deals offered , but I have no shopping mood at all this year ~
Frankly, I would head to the mall rightaway on Boxing Day , this year is kinda special for two reasons
1) I shopped two days in a row (22nd & 23rd) .. bought everything needed and wanted
2) I just packed my stuff, new stuff would just be troublesome at this time
On another note, phobia caused 3 years ago is still there .... not as profoundly as last year though ... Hope I would have guts to go Yonge Street, Foot Focker on Boxing Day next year !~~

Merry Christmassss

Christmas, has meant a lot to me since young ~
It means warmth, love and spirit ... it means even more if it's White Christmas - "cosyness" of being in a house etc ...
This year, I spent my first Christmas in Windsor - nothing more than spending an ordinary day .... In fact, I have been busy packing the whole day ... besides that, I also continue searching B&B and hotel rates deal, hoping to lower our costs of trip as much as possible .... that's basically how I spent Christmas this year ~
Anyhows will leave for St. Catharines sooon ... REAL SOOOOOOOON
